Founder, COO, and President

Leandra Cain is the Founder, COO, and President of Hurricane Aerospace Solutions.  Hurricane Aerospace is a woman owned and HUB Zone certified small business located in Pompano Beach, FL.  Leandra founded Hurricane Aerospace in 2007 with the mission to create sustainable jobs, while serving the aviation and military communities.

The mission of Hurricane Aerospace has always remained constant to deliver on time, quality solutions for its’ customers. Under Leandra’s guidance, Hurricane’s core belief is to support the local Pompano Beach and surrounding areas though economic stimulating and charitable efforts. Hurricane Aerospace has been the recipient of the Boeing Performance in Excellence Award for six consecutive years in a row.

Before establishing Hurricane Aerospace, for over 10 years Mrs. Cain was a Field Business Development Leader/Regional Sales Director in the beauty industry, working for Loreal and Estee Lauder. She won many sales and leadership awards during her time in that trade. Leandra is a long time, good standing member of WBENC, WAI and NDIA.

Leandra was born and raised in Rochester, NY and currently resides in Coral Springs, FL. In her spare time, Leandra loves traveling the world with her beloved husband Dan and playing with her two four legged children, Abby and Woody. Mrs. Cain also volunteers her time at the Church by the Glades, sharing Jesus and his word.
